District One West Modern Villa in MBR City, Dubai

Stacked grey travertine wraps flat cantilevered roof slabs set with star-like downlights, a laser-cut mashrabiya screen and black fluted panels threading full-height glazing, a recessed timber entrance glowing beneath — this contemporary mansion, conceptualized for District One West, mirrors its lit façade and uplit palms in a still forecourt pool under a crescent moon.
